Andrew Goldman,

M.D.

Dr. Andrew Goldman is a double board certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon, specializing exclusively in cosmetic and reconstructive surgical and non-surgical treatments for the face and neck.

After training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the prestigious University Hospital in Bern, Switzerland, Dr. Goldman served as an assistant professor in Facial Plastic Surgery in Brooklyn, NY, educating residents in facial plastic surgery.

To further complement his surgical practice, Dr. Goldman founded the Boulder Valley Laser and Cosmetic for non-surgical therapies using medical grade lasers, non-laser therapies, and skin care. With his team of experts, he provides comprehensive treatments for the face and neck including HALO, ProFractional Therapy, Microlaser Peel, IPL/Photofacial treatments, and microneedling. Dr. Goldman is an accomplished facial plastic surgeon who is as compassionate and sincere as he is knowledgeable. With a keen insight and commitment to his patients, Dr. Goldman will put you at ease and provide you with the optimal results.

Outside of the practice, Dr. Goldman loves to spend time with his wife and three children. He enjoys hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and playing guitar. He is also the co-founder of Good Day Chocolate – a chocolate based supplement company.

Nurse Practitioner​

Paige received her master’s degree in nursing in 2007 from the University of Florida and has been a women’s health provider for 10+ years. She is passionate about supporting women throughout their lifespans and is excited to dive into the world of aesthetics.
Trained by Dr. Andrew Goldman, Paige offers cosmetic injectables at Boulder Valley Laser and Cosmetic on a part-time schedule. Paige’s background in women’s health, her compassion, and her attention to detail fuel her goal to provide tailored results that leave patients comfortable and confident.
In her spare time, Paige enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons, traveling, and being outdoors.

Mindy Chambers

Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Mindy is an experienced Licensed Aesthetician and healthy skin is her favorite accessory! After 14 successful years in specialized areas of healthcare helping the community, she decided to turn her passion for skincare into a career. In 2014, her journey in esthetics began and she has quickly developed a true appreciation for helping others feel their best from the inside out as a Medical Aesthetician. Mindy has extensive experience and advanced training in laser treatments, microneedling, plasma treatment, skin tightening technology, a wide variety of chemical peels, and dermaplaning.
Whether tackling the challenges of acne, aging, trauma, or basic skin rejuvenation, Mindy enjoys treating her clients to customized, innovative treatments with a personal touch that targets specific skincare needs. She is inspired by the goal to create profound impact and improvement in her client’s lives and loves to teach others about the importance of the largest organ that makes up the human body and just how empowered it can make you feel at its healthiest. Mindy believes that every client she has the pleasure of treating deserves to hold their heads high and loves to envision herself as a catalyst to making the dream of a healthy appearance a reality for others while helping provide that self-confidence that we all desire, through all the precious chapters of life.
Mindy moved to Colorado the summer of 2024 from Charleston, South Carolina, with her significant other and their two pups, and loves to explore all the outdoor activities that the area has to offer. She loves to travel and explore new spaces, finds peace in her yoga practice, and is always up for some good tunes under the stars at Red Rocks.

Kacie Albertsen

DNP

Kacie achieved a doctoral degree in nursing and practices as a Nurse Practitioner with a background in Emergency/Trauma, Head and Neck Surgery, and General ENT for the last 9 years. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Kentucky and practiced as an ER/trauma nurse for 7.5 years at a level one trauma center in Louisville, Kentucky. Kacie is passionate about aesthetics and looks forward to helping you look and feel your best.
Outside of work, Kacie enjoys running marathons, needle point, decorating, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
